Is BSA just for British children?

| No we currently have 26 different nationalities. |
| How long do teaching staff stay at the school? |
| Some have been at the school for more than 6 years. The average stay is about 4 years. |
| What nationality are the teachers? |
| All but one of our full-time teachers are from the UK. Our part-time and Arabic teachers are often recruited locally. |
| What are the academic standards like? |
| Many of our students arrive with little or no English and do find it difficult to begin with, however, with support and hard work they progress very rapidly and academic attainment is high. |
| What examinations do the students take? |
| They take the end of Key Stage tests and tasks in Years 2, 6 and 9. They take IGCSE and GCSE exams in Year 11 and AS and A’ level exams in Year 12 and Year 13. |
