A Simple Path to Joining BSA

Our admissions process supports families at every step. From application to the final interview, we provide a clear, organized, and welcoming experience as you begin your journey with our school community.

Submit the Online Application

Begin by submitting the official application form through the school’s website. Ensure that all required details are accurately provided before submission.

Admissions Office Review

After submission, the admissions team reviews the application and contacts parents to coordinate the next stage of the process.

Student Assessment Day

The student attends a scheduled assessment on campus to evaluate academic readiness. Both parents are required to be present during this stage.

Parent Interview

Parents participate in a formal interview, conducted either in person or online. For virtual interviews, the school provides an official meeting link prior to the appointment.

● I hereby apply for admission of the above named student to The British School, Alexandria and agree that my child and I will abide by all the rules and regulations of the school including adhering to the School uniform policy as outlined in the handbook.

● I authorise The British School, Alexandria to administer all tests and assessments to assess my child’s academic skills, educational needs, and progress during the term of my child’s stay at school.

● I understand that filling this application does not secure my child a place at the School but does ensure that my child will be considered for selection as a student in the School.

● In the event that our child is offered a place at the School, such an offer will be subject to the School’s terms and conditions for the provision of the educational services which will bind us in the event that we accept the place.

● We undertake the responsibility to pay fees on the due dates and any sum required in respect of our child’s education.

● All Students are expected to partake in all areas of the curriculum and the School reserves the right to not offer a place for students in the next academic year if any aspect of the student’s performance or behaviour is deemed unsatisfactory. In cases of serious misbehaviour a student would have to leave at the end of that term or in very extreme circumstances such as physical violence with immediate effect.

● The School has the permission to take our child on short educational visits which may mean nominal costs and that the School is not to be held responsible for any injury or accident which may occur although all due care and attention will be taken; the School has public liability insurance cover for the premises. ∙

● I consent to allow The British School, Alexandria to use photographs and videos of my child on the website or the School’s social media platforms for advertising purposes.
